How big of a difference will I see?

I have the opportunity to sell my creative geforce 2 gts 32mb ddr and upgrade to a new video card. I'm thinking of getting the geforce 3 TI 200 unless another option would be better. This would be on a p3 550 overclocked to 800. Anyone know if there will be any major speed increases or benefits or is my cpu too slow? thx!

You'll definitly see a difference in games such as Max Payne that are very intensive on the graphics card. On the 2D side of things, you shouldn't expect much.

Go to nVidia's website and look at one of the video cards, and then click "analyze my pc." They don't have a Ti200 on the list, but you'll get a general idea of how much improvement you'd get.
