How big of a difference between a Sempron 2800+ and a Turion MT-37?

Thinking about upgrading my laptop. How big of a difference is there? It's nearly impossible to find notebook processor reviews online.

The turion's should have lower wattage and bigger cache. Newegg had one for $75 (open box) socket 754. At that price, it should be worth it. Just be sure your heatsink will fit it.
