My combat boots are 9. Dress shoes 7.5. Sandals 8s I think. All normal width.

Both of them have to be 4e min though.
The size depends way more on the height and width of the shoe by my toes than the actual length needed.
If it was wide enough and tall enough an 11 might be possible but I have never seen that happen.
