It is just .5" wider then a standard ATX motherboard. Asus calls it EATX, but really it is SSI CEB as far as size, or even a bit less in width at 10.1". Either way, the mount points and back panel layouts are the same.
Thank you everyone for the responses! It looks like this case will work for my new build! Looks like I can fit a nice thick radiator at the top too!
I linked the photo to entice you over to water cooling
In reality it was the first one I found with a atx motherboard mounted in it. Figured it would be best to view a full size motherboard and see the xtra give here and there available in the case.
The water cooling looks nice in the case. A dark colored motherboard would look even nicer I'd think.
I've never seen the case in person but it does look nice in photos. I'm thinking about downsizing my rig to either m-atx or m-itx and am looking at the Arc Mini possibly. Wondering if it has similar clearance up top as I have the same upper rad in my current rig it looks like. Guess I'll have to mosey on over to newegg and compare photos of the cases.
You didn't need me to entice me to it. With Ivy Bridge processors, you need water cooling if you intend to overclock. I had looked for reviews to find pictures myself, but they all had micro ATX and mini ATX motherboards in them. Thanks again for posting that photo, I had wondered about having enough space at the top for a radiator. Looks like I can fit a 280x140 in there. Now I just need the Asus Maximus V Formula to hit the market!
If you are looking at a mini-itx build you might want to check out the Bitfenix Prodigy. It will even support a couple radiators.

In the following image it looks like a full size ATX motherboard.

On another note that's a pretty clean looking rig with the exception of the blue motherboard.
Looking at the image again the water block is mounted in the wrong orientation....Go figure![]()
LOL at that.....of course, thank goodness no one tried turning on that incomplete demo "build"....the pump's outlet is connected to what's supposed to be the outlet on the cpu block. But it wouldn't boot anyway, as the video card isn't connected and neither are any of the hard drives that are lying in their trays connected to the mb. Almost looks like almost none of the motherboard mounting screws are in place, either.
Guess it was a slap dash assembly to get something that looked good....to hell if it was right or not, or completely assembled or not.
Yeah, no PCIe Power the graphics card and no SATA cables coming off the motherboard!Though, I think the motherboard is screwed in, just that the screws are black. It was just a promo shot from their website.
