Hi. I've got an antec superlanboy case. I really like the look/design. But I'd like a fan in the window over top of my cpu. I was wondering how best to go about cutting a proper 90mm or 120mm (not sure which fan size to use yet) hole in the window. I'm assuming I can cut the hole, than drill four holes at each corner lined up with the fan I'm going to buy, and get a grill of the right size with matching holes for the fan and just throw a few rubber washers in between and screw it together. Just wondering if I should pick up a bit for a drill that will cut the hole, can I find these in the right size ? I also thought maybe I could just set a center point and take it to some kind of machine shop and get them to make the hole. Ideas ?

You can use a holesaw, but be very careful, wood under the window with tape on it to protect. Drill slow as it is easy to melt the acyrlic

put the grill on the case
mark the holes and trace the outer grill for your cut

drill in the center of the area to start the cut
use a dremel with a cutting bit to etch around the circle

holesaw could be risky on the lexan.. but like was said it can be done if u take proper precautions

I used a dremmel to cut the window for the Antec case in my Sig(Pics).
Use painters masking tape and cover the panel. Draw you template on the tape. Go slow and steady following the template.
