my ipaq delivery was not delivered a day early because of a "delay beyond our control", according to fedex

Well, lets see. I got moved from my shared, small cubicle to the equipment room, giving me my own desk and a window. And a door. I'm the only student worker with a window, or for that matter a room. And I'm the second newest student technician in the department. I guess it pays on occassion to have a work ethic.

Oh, yeah, and my brand new UT-6 came in today.

My day isn't going too bad except for getting up < noon but I can deal with that. Just got up from a 3 1/2 nap anyways.

It's been a pretty good day for me.

A few months ago, some teenage girl went on a tire slashing spree in and around my neighborhood. She slashed the front tire on my Buick, but they caught her a few cars later. So today, I got a letter from the court saying the judge ordered her to pay restitution to me and the other victims. Yay justice!

Found out that my Thursday and Friday vacations are being cancelled due to a "crisis" at work. At least I can use the days another time during the year...

Man, I couldnt keep my bed sheets down last night. Looked like my bed was sneezing.

 

Not too good today, I walked into my shop this morning only to find that the freshly painted floor is still wet, damn urethane paint.
