How bad would this $uck? Is it an upgrade or downgrade?

Wow, that is ghetto, lol. It will definitely be an upgrade but it still won't run anything at all recent. What are you going to try and play on it?
 
I don't know really. It actually runs RtCW @ 640x48 pretty well. I tried MOHAA and it was 'OK' up to the landing in Normandie where it turned into a slideshow.

I know I should have upgraded this POS a long time ago but I can't really justify spending $600 - $800 on a new rig.
it works great for everything else.
 
I think it would be a significant increase in performance, but definately still not good performance by today's standards.
