How bad is the eVGA Z77 FTW?

I was considering this board but the bad reviews about this board have me worried.

Any one care to provide their experience with this board?

what's your gpu intentions ?
I loved my x58 E760 from evga , but when looking at a high end board for a 3770k I went back to asus [M5F]

-waited a long time for the plx boards [FTW] ,only to see that for sli @ x8+x8 PCI-E 3.0 was the simpler solution , than the many add on switching chips that the plx boards require.
-so for me only ever to use no more than 2 gpu's , the FTW came off my list ,same with the other plx boards.
-also the M5F waterpipe came free and fitted into my loop nicely.
-oh ,if I remember correctly I think the pci-e x1 would be covered when using sli , so no sound card.[FTW]

3 GPUS. I could possibly make it work in my current board but don't think my PCI E 1x slot will work if I populate the X4 slot.

So cheapest PLX board I could find was the eVGA z77 FTW but the reviews have be a bit concerned.

Why risk it spend a little more and get something that has a better chance of not giving you a headaches. Spend more now could cost alot less later if it fails.
