How bad is the damage done on this car?

The fact that it's a Grand Prix and its rotors and callipers will be shot after a month of driving is enough to dissuade any further investigation.

Grand Prixs are nice cars when they're new, but put the slightest age on them and they fall all to hell. Especially in the rear tire well department.

I only engage in hyperbole to make a point :) However weak it may have been...

As to the actual damage to the front corner... doesn't look too bad. Probably get it taken out for ~$800.

Find one that wasn't owned or driven by a show-off kid.

Also look at supercharged Regals.
