How bad is public transportation in New Orleans?

If I had to guess, I'd say that the public transport consists of a few busses at the moment. Underground train are obviously not possible there, and I've never heard of them having any elevated trains....

You're just going to have to make some friends who have cars 😛

If I had to guess, I'd say that the public transport consists of a few busses at the moment. Underground train are obviously not possible there, and I've never heard of them having any elevated trains....

You're in grad school, and you let your dad decide if you can have a car or not? Here's an idea: live your own life.

Yeah I dont think its worth creating a huge rift between me and my parents over something this trivial...in my culture parents mean something.
