How bad is not knowing trivial things for your health?

I heard that if you misunderstand the most trivial things on an everyday basis that can have long term effects on your health? What do you think?

I'll let you all ponder that while I go hit the gym (note, I'm going to the gym, not hitting a guy named Jim, although I'm sure he deserves a good beating)

Sorry Omegachi, couldn't resist :)

By definition if they're trivial then they shouldn't affect your health one way or another

i think that misunderstanding things can definitely have a negative effect on your health, especially if you have some sort of clue about your misperception.
