i know that microwaved food is bad for you because microwaves alters the makeup of the food molecules... but is it that much of a concern if you eat at least one meal a day that requires your food to be microwaved? (reheating)

Depends on what you believe in.

I avoid microwaves as much as possible now after what I've learned and have come to believe.

Not dangerous to your health from being microwaved... however most microwave foods have a ton of sodium in them, which is bad for you every day.

LOL. It only heats up. You're confusing it with radiation treatment done to import foods.

Correct. The microwave dinner aren't healthy for you because of its ready-to-serve nature. It has nothing to do with microwaving the food.

Bah. When I want a steak I just stick it between my GF's legs until it is good and hot. Also has the added advantage of being marinated while it is there.

agreed. I think it's the microwavable food itself which is unhealthy in general, not that the microwave makes them unhealthy.

didn't the russian government banned the use of microwave (food heating units) during the 1960-70s or something?

No. A microwave uses radio waves. It does not alter the makeup of food molecules, it only excites water, fat, and sugar molecules in the food (causing heat). Nothing more.

Though apparently charbroiled food is cancer causing.

The ppl who lived in the house we bought were these psycho healthnuts who wouldn't microwave anything b/c it was going to poison them or something. Retards.

Keep in mind microwaves are radio waves. All you're doing is "RADARing" your food.

Anyways, the waves in question are the same wavelength as a moelecule of water, iirc and they basically just flip the water molecules back and forth to create heat.

Are you sure? With all that "With what I believe that I now believe that I know I believe and believe it when I believe it since I know that I believe what I now believe that I know I believe" nonsense you were starting to sound like that fruitcake Tom Cruise.
