How bad is it to run A7V133 at 3.64 VIO

Just wondering how hard it is on my cards and memory with leaving the VIO on the A7V133 in test mode which is roughly 3.64 V. The board is stable at 152 FSB with this setting, but I can get to 148 with the 3.5 V setting. Do I really need those extra 4 mhz on the FSB, well yes I do 🙂
