If you have to eat at fastfood stay with the chicken (grilled is better but wendy's uses the whole real breast so that is a plus) and stay away from the fries........ I read that a medium MacDonalds french fry package is like 400 calories with 50% of those calories from fat.
I recommend reading the book Fast Food Nation.......... it will open your eye :Q

I remember taking my blood after eating Burger King one day and spinning it down for grins (we bio-nerds do stuff like that....plus I like to keep track of my cholesterol levels).
