Thats a dolphin, seen that pic before. Don't get me wrong, the initial sight would have scared the sh!t out of me. In fact that is why i stopped surfing New Smyrna Beach in Florida, saw two sharks on one wave.......

I've only been once and I was scared the whole time.
Of course, one year earlier my buddy had a chunk of his surfboard taken out by a great white at a beach a couple of miles from where we were.
