Ska is definitely my favorite genre of music =P I wish I was around for when The Specials and The Clash toured together in 80ish.

 

I like Ska in moderation. Too much makes me sick. Punk/ska is what I listen to when I do... Op-Ivy, Choking Victim, Clash, Rancid, Leftover Crack, NOFX, etc.

In '90 or '91 I went to a Mighty Mighty BossTones and Bad Religion show. It was seriously one of the best shows I have ever been to. Tore the toe off my combat boot.

I love Ska!!! I have some friends that are musically inclined, and I have always badgered them about starting a ska band, but they never listen to me

I just think it's the most "fun" music that you can listen to. Nothing else has that energy the ska does, which is why a lot of people hate it.
