well, im sending in my leadtek 6600GT AGP since the fan died and the power connector to the fan is also dead. temps idle around 60C and go up to around 90 when running low 3D games and beyond 125C for full/modern 3D games.

im about to send in the card tomorrow, and i was just wondering how nice/bad/crappy your experiences were with your companies rma? did you get a higher model card or a refurbished lower end card?

thanks in advance!

Well, RMAing cards to eVGA has always been a pleasure. As long as I call them to get my RMA set up, I never have to pay shipping charges. In fact, they upgraded my 128 MB 6600 GT to a 256 MB 6600 GT, and they even dealt with a bunch of video card RMAs from me, even though the problem was with my motherboard. :D (Sorry, eVGA!)

I'm about to RMA two cards. A 7800GTX and a 7900GT. Both have artifact problems at stock speeds (7800 completely useless). I'm hoping I can get two of the same card so I can SLI. Sent them an email about it and am waiting to see what they have to say.
