my benefits are pretty awesome.
- 27 days pto if 10 years industry experience (which i have), 22 days otherwise (doesn't have to be experience at the company, just industry experience)
- 8 holidays
- automatically put 7% of your salary into your 401k, regardless of you contributing
- 2x your salary life insurance for free
- free health insurance + they contribute $110/month into an HSA for you
- flex hours (can basically work whenever i want as long as i get my work done)
- $25/month "health" credit (if you exercise an hour or more a week, pays for my gym membership)
- tuition reimbursement (up to $3k/course, have to get B or better, been tempted to use this but havent yet)
company also sent me a card with a $100 amex gift card in it when i had my son last month, which was pretty cool. the ceo also comes around at xmas time and hands out $100 amex gift cards as well, and we get our bonus at that time on top of that.
