the only way ill get a pos3 is if someone walks into my house and puts it in my lap. Hopefully they will have time to hook it up or else it just sit there and collect dust.

I have to laugh at how Sony Execs have been saying that 'next-gen' doesn't start until the PS3 is launched and how only 1080p is 'True HD' and they don't even put at least component cables in the box. PS3s will only come with standard composite cables (Yellow, Red, White)...you'll have to buy an HDMI or component cables to get Sony's 'True HD' 'Next-gen' experience.

i don't need a PS3. i'd rather have a C2D system that outperforms the PS3 and is much better.

I was considering buying one, but all the local stores pre-orders are used up, so screw it. I'll get one next xmas, after the first (hopefully second) price drop.
