Considering a used 360, browsed my local craig's list and saw prices all over the place. How are prices doing these days? Considering the one described below - the age makes me nervous. Thanks all

Purchased new from best buy on 12/16/2006
It was the Pro Bundle that included Need for Speed for $399
Best Buy receipt included if it means anything at this point
Never been serviced, modded, or anything.
Very rarely used.

20 GB Harddrive
2 Wireless controllers (both "official" controllers"

Component HD AV cable (HD component cable, not HDMI)
Original Box and packing materials

Microsoft Racing Wheel and pedals
(The official Microsoft Wheel, not a knock off)
Comes with PGR3 game which also has the drivers on it
I do not have the box for the wheel.
Includes AC adapter, desk clamp, cables, manual, etc.

Games

Repeat after me: don't buy non-HDMI 360s. They will almost certainly launch you onto the RRoD treadmill of doom, and until we see more reports of the Opus revision coming back as the fixed console, it just ain't worth it.

If this is an HDMI 360, sure, go for it.

That is the original 40-66% failure rate design, and the regular warranty is up so you'll pay $99 when the DVD drive goes bad.

HDMI alone doesn't mean safety since there was a large batch of Zephyr HDMI units made before the switch to Falcon.

Just save your pennies for the xmas 2008 bundle with a Jasper motherboard.

What is the street price for a used 20gb Falcon HDMI no games etc going for ? I might sell my bedroom console, I hardly play it anymore.

Except that if you have a Zephyr, you could get a Falcon back. IE, no treadmill of doom.

If this is from a trust friend and has a warranty, sure, go for it.

Fixed.
