Possibly a GM worker who has an axe to grind with the Co. although putting the public at risk of ingesting these is a fucked up means of payback. Hard to say what actually happened but this reminds me of the woman who claimed McDonald's sold her some nuggets with a complete chicken head breaded and fried up along with the real nuggets, IIRC it was eventually revealed as fake, she had put it in there.

No, not at all though I would have been impressed if this guy inserted baby shrimp into the cereal box and somehow grew them like those guys did with the mouse in a bottle. Of course they wouldn't just be tails.
