How are tinting places in business?

Many states allow for tinting, but there are usually strict laws on how dark the tints can be.

Isn't it regulated by percent in most states?

I think it's 33% here in Oregon.

Even if it was 5 or 10%, I imagine there would still be people that wanted to do it.
