How are these temps?

The temp readings I've been getting seem to be pretty irratic.

My 6800 Gt idles at around 53C and on full load (Doom 3 cranked up as high as it can go) it usually gets up to around 68C, but I've seen it as high as 80C.

My CPU temp is all over the place. In the bios it ranges from 39C to around 55C. In MBM5 it seems to range from about 30C to 55C idle and 47C to 63C under load.

In the bios my case temp seems to be steadily in the mid to low 30s; usually on par with the MBM5 readings, give or take a few degrees.

Right now, according to MBM5, my cpu temp is 33C and 30C for the case.

I have the 939 MSI Neo2 Platinum mobo, which seems to have some problems with temp readings.

I also have a hardware temp monitor which is telling me the heatsink is about 33C and the ambient is around 27C. But its in pretty bad shape, two of the probes are torn apart and the others arn't looking to good, so im not sure if it can really be trusted.

So, what readings should I trust? Does it seem like my system is running too hot?

A little hot yes... but well within acceptable levels.

How many case fans do you have? Also what kind of CPU HSF are you using?

I have 3 case fans: 2 12cms front and back, and one 9cm on the side panel. I have the thermaltake tsunami case.

My heatsink is a Venus 8.

M card also runs hot (58 idle, 67 max or so in doom 3, but is a 6800U with a larger heatsink...I'm using a Praetorian (Coolermaster) and it has 4 fans, but at the moment, 3 work because 1 fan's bearings died...also, take into accnt that powersupply's have exhaust fans on them...IM getting new fans ASAP

I only selected my motherboard to configure it. Is there something else I should do?
