How are these temps?

I'm not very familiar with what average temps are but have considered overclocking my computer.

My comp is an AMD athlon 64 bit 3400+
2 gigs of ram
Geforce 6800GT

I was thinking of ocing the GT to ultra speeds, assuming the card can handle it, do you think my current cooling setup is sufficient? at what temperature should I start to be concerne,d and what sort ofgains typically come from upping the vid card. My card is from gainward and has 3 fans running on it btw.

Not trying to be a mod or anything, but you'd prolly get better/faster response to a vid card OC question in the video forum section. Likely find the answer's already been addressed there too.

If you're not having trouble running Doom 3 / Far Cry (which I'm sure with that system you aren't) I wouldn't bother overclocking unless you are trying to get to a specific benchmark on like 3dMark03. You won't get huge FPS boost from upping it anyway.
