How are these modules for overclocking?

I'm thinking of buying them but I'm scared that either the price will go up or down or that there are better modules out there. I need modules that handle good timings, overclock well with low voltage. What do you think of these modules? Could I get them cheaper elsewhere?

They're not bad. For 1GB modules, they have good timings, but I'm not sure how high they'll go past 250 Mhz.
