I just purchased a shuttle AK32L refurb mobo..
I haven't received the board yet..
I noticed many ppl buy refurb mobo from newegg.. but don't talk much about the quality of these boards..
How are your boards?
anything missing?
or not working?
or something broke?
mobo case or no case?

I've been pretty happy with them so far. Some boards come in the retail box with everything and others come as just the bare board.

At worse you will get a "bare" motherboard with no driver CD, cables, etc. Not such a bad thing though as you would want updated drivers anyway from the web. However, make sure you at least fire up the board and test it a bit if possible. You only have a limited (30 days?) amount of time to return a refurb. I have purchased two refurb boards in the past from them and both were fine but it would be best to check it out ASAP.

newegg change the policy of refurb product to 15 days (that is from the day of purchase). Be sure you have parts to test it when it ship.

Just bought 2 K7S5A, has everything, but both has problems. (they are nicely wrapped, new anti-static bag and sticker, look like tested by someone and has an additional QA sticker too.), one missing a cap. but still work MOST of the time. only fail when work for a few day., Has to ship back. The RMA# good for 14 days.

But newegg are known to ship return product without testing it.

YMMV
