experiences? Anybody tried them? I still have the old 6.39 ones I think on my system and when I went to upgrade to the last version, 6.53, it totally horked up my system. Has anybody tried the 6.66 ones that are out now? (I have the Asus A8N-SLI) What are your experiences? I also have a Maxtor SATA hard drive.

Personally I had driver issues with IDE SW, but w/ a fresh install w/o them I am running great now. Some say IDE SW is fine, but some like me have issues. I would recommend you install everything except the IDE SW drivers and NV firewall. just my $0.02

Fine for me, and I DID install the SW driver. No firewall though, the hardware firewall is wonky on NF4!

I don't think that's what he's talking about as much as he is about the mark of the beast.

My friend has them and he seems to have no problems. Whatever you do, don't install Nvidia's firewall software. That kept causing BSODs for him. I hear bad things about the Nvidia IDE driver, but I've no problems so far.
