How are the Hynix (Hyundai) chips doing?

I had a stick of this stuff (256MB PC133) that wouldnt do 133 CAS2 for the life of it. Got my 2 year old PC100 RAM and get more than 133 CAS2. I see a lot of people with the Hynix DDR modules not being able to do CAS2 266 either.

So whats the low-down? I also still have a 3 year old stick of Hyundai PC100 that does 133 CAS2.

Did Hyundai turn crappy when they renovated and changed their name to Hynix?

I have some DDR memory with Hynix chips. They can do 133mhz (266mhz DDR) all day at CAS 2. They crap out at 150mhz however with the settings maxed.
