How are the 80mm panaflo L1's??

I was thinking of getting these because the noice level is only 21db, but I wanted to know if 24cfm is enough to cool my case with a 1.1 Ghz Athlon.

Planning on using one for intake and one for outtake. You think it's a good idea?

Or do I need more airflow through my system?

Its fine, thats my current setup on a 1 gig duron. For all the hype, 1.1ghz tbird doesn't put out enough hot air to overheat your case as long as you have 1 exhaust fan and power supply fan. Case cooling is way overrated these days.

Actually I have a very vibrant 80mm exhaust fan right now(no intake) and my CPU temp maxes out at 47C, however I want a quieter case and thats why I was looking into the panaflo's, I would like to keep my max temp under 50C and hopefully the panaflo's will do their job.

I love Panaflo's and use four total in my case. Two 120 L1's as intake and exhaust, one 92 for cooling my 10k SCSI drives and a 80 for the PS fan. My case is quiet and moves a lots of air. I'm running a dual PIII 650@866 and my case temp is 1degree above room. I wouldn't use anything else...🙂

yes, you can: I just switched my system over to my Antec 1030B ( 2 80mm intakes, 2 80 mm exhaust) . I run 2 10KIBM's, and was using a 120mm intake with a pot to slow it down when non- gaming. This new set- up is easily 1/3 the noise level, and the drives are cool.
