How are some eBay sellers able to get rebates on multiples of the same product?

How are some eBay sellers able to get rebates on multiples of the same product?

I bought a DVD-rom that specifically stated only one rebate per person, address, and receipt.


I have seen sellers on ebay who are selling quantities of the same item and each listing states that the UPC has been removed for rebate purposes.

i doubt that is how they are doing it.

some of these ebay sellers are ebay stores and they are selling/have sold dozens of the same item.

i don't think there's any other way. rebates are for consumers only.

maybe they setup a whole bunch of P.O. Boxes? unless the rebates say specifically "no P.O. Boxes". otherwise, i have no idea.
