How are people trained to resist torture?

in the air force we have RT (resistance training). the aircrew goes through a week of prison camp. they are allowed to open palm hit you, and break various small joints. naturally the spec ops ones are like a month if not longer.

if you release certain intel .. no good.

Like the one poster said, you can receive some small amount of torture to build a lower tolerance, and from what I have read, a lot of it is mental, so you can coniditon yourself to some extent.

Obviously, you can't "prepare" for all types. Apparently the CIA and Military does waterboard those operatives who in turn waterboard terrorists...but as far as other techniques I am not sure.

Yea...

Everyone who flies does this? What information could a regular crewmember possibly have? Do the women do this training?

the planes are no secret to the world, it's what we put on the planes. other vital thinigs include flightplans, current or future missions etc.

not only women are subjected to RT, but sometimes they use them to get into other ppl's heads. who can bare watching a woman get beat, i know i couldn't last too long.

That would be considerably more effective than either waterboarding or electroshock to the testicles.

pretty sure you are allowed to trickle certain snippets, i dont think they really expect more, just delay cuz it would really be unreasonable to expect more...and to not give people info in the first place if they are high risk of being taken.

By suicide. Under torture you tell everything, admit to anything, and will make up any story that will appease. You can be trained to resist interrogation, not torture.
