How are noise levels in SFF???

I'm thinking of selling off my system and going for a shuttle nf2 cube. Any idea on how loud this is? I currently run a system consisting of these noisemakers: a zalman 400 watt ps, slk7 w/80mm panaflo, and a seagate barracuda iv. This system is pretty quiet but is taking a lot of room.

So those with SFF computers, how would the noise levels compare to my computer?
 
I got it, but I'm replacing the fans in it. What makes the loadest noice is when the main fan speeds up and slows down. For example, it will speed up when the cpu hits 48 degrees, once it is cool, it will slow down. Then the cycle repeats itself. I decided to run the fan at max speed, but that and the PSU fan was loud.

It's not too loud if it is not running at 100% load all the time. Also, the shuttle box is now on the desk instead of on the floor where my box used to be.
