How and what to lock the PCI-e and PCI speed at?

Just got my rig. running and I'm starting to tinker around with the FSB, but I wanted to make sure that I'm screwing around with the pci and pic-e.

Any suggestions on what the default speed is for the PCI and PCI-E or what speed I should lock it at before messing around the FSB?
 
Normal PCI should be 33MHz and I believe PCI-E should usually be 100MHz (at least, that's what I remember reading and what speed I set mine to).
