Just be careful you don't electrocute your thingi. A dry condom is probably best.

Oh, clean, sorry. I just use water, but I'm on expert on that.

We have about 300 flat panels now where I work, I can tell you now we have had a person try to clean theirs with CRT cleaner, and had 1 person clean theirs with windex, they now have a fog bank for a monitor. I have also heard to use water only

like these guys said, lint free cloth + water... NEVER windex (or the like)

Why use water at all? Those microfiber cleaning cloths work just fine without it.

What's wrong with windex? I've been using it on my Envision 17" flat screen CRT and it isn't foggy. . . . .

for my laptop i have like a microfiber cloth that's used to clean camera lenses...works great. I suggest you go to any camera store and pick one up, works charms on lcd.

It doesn't have any anti-glare/static coatings? Because the ammonia in Windex should dissolve them.
