I just wanted to get some feedback on these numbers to see if I'm on the right track as far as overclocking my new Winchester 3200+ on a Neo2 Platinum...

Mushkin 'value' 2X512 2.5 3 3 8 1T PC3200 set at DDR333
HT Freq. 4X
CPU/FSB 10X250 - mem 208Mhz cpu 2500Mhz
CPU VID 1.400
CPU Voltage 3.3% over VID; CPU-Z reports 1.376 to 1.408 with these settings
AGP Freq. 67
Temp in bios = 44C- too high? Zalman 7000b AlCu w/ AS5

Should I prime95 torture/blend at this point or continue to see what the max cpu clock i can get is or ?
btw, the weakest link in the system is now the video card: FX5700 Ultra :(

you should set the ram to 200

then your running a 5:4 ratio for FSB:RAM

44 isnt too high, but keep an eye on it. my 3200 NC idles at 36 with the zalman 7000cu.

and yes you should run prime for at leat 12 hours,
