My old case had a temp probe on it with a thermometer on the CPU. it usually stayed at 61C on full load.

my new antec sonata does not, so i am forced to use asus probe. apparently my temps never go above 50C, my old case had a 85CFM tornado fan on top of the CPU and one blowing in. and it stayed at 60 and the new one does not go above 50C even with a generic (quieter) fan that barely moves 24CFM on top of it. Im concerned that Asus probe is not giving accuarate numbers. Also, i moved from the generic thermal grease i had to Artic Silver 5. Do these new temps sound right, becuase how the heck can they be lower than something i had that moved a hell of a lot more air. or was i a dumby who had the HS installed wrong and i just happened to install it correctly this time?
