Like it? The recording sucks when I listen to it through cans. You can hear noise in the background. No studio to record this! :(

Hair? Like as in cowsills hair? Yeah that was back in the studio. Lots of good stuff.

Yeah, the cowsills hair. ;)

Is this you playing? :Q

Yeah, you can hear noise I guess.. But still, the guitar sounds very.. alive.

Edit: LOL, listening to the background, there's all kinds of stuff going on. :D

Actually that would be Geoffry Klein that played that for us. :)

My style is more grunge.

You want to hear a good recording? Listen to this. Remember Steven Gadd? He was Paul Simon's drummer. This is his work. This recording was incredible in the studio. My wife said her earrings felt like they were getting an electric charge from the highs! Of course when you're hitting the tweets with 1.5 kW at times (verified) and they're 3 meters away neat things start happening. Very impressive crest factor on this one. The MP3 dulls it of course, but it's explosive percussion is still very apparent.

I like this very much. Excellent sense of touch and melody. Very clean technique too. Yea the background noise is there as well as extraneous rumble but WTF cares?!?! : ) I have some of my demos on my site under 'wtf is maggotcontrol?'

 that sounds really good. Minus the noise in the back, it sounds very crisp. What did you use to record this?

Your style reminds me of Billy McLaughlin's style. He's pretty good, check him out if you have not heard any of his material. You would like it.

A pair of Schoeps CCM21H mics + Sony TCD-D8 DAT "walkman"

EDIT: Sorry about the noises but it's kind of hard to stop a ship. :p
