How about an update forum

All members can post updates to software,drivers etc that they use or if there's a problem with a particular update their doing.
 
There is already a software/apps forum for software stuff, and the general hardware, operating systems, or video forums can be used for driver / software updates concerning devices in those categories. The moderators say that there are already enough forums, and for the most part, I agree with them.

Again, in the immortal words of an AnandTech moderator,

"It won't be happening."
