How about an HTML forum?

I'd like to see an HTML forum. I'm a rank amateur when it comes to web pages. Don't have the patience to learn a tutorial from the beginning since I know about 50% of what I need for a simple web page. Recently I wanted to use includes and had to search and search for info, finally found it in a Rootsweb.com guest page (I do genealogy web pages). Finally learned that I had the order of tags and attributes all wrong. Once I straightened that out, everything worked.
 
My suggestion was met with a resounding NO. Upon clicking on the NO, I got a suggestion to search the forum for a topic before starting a new thread. So I searched for "html", "how to make web pages" and "making web pages." The closest I got to the subject was "What do I need to know to make web pages?" and "freelance web guys - questions". On one of those pages was "Christie Brinkley is turning 57?" Jeez!

There could be ones added if there was a true NEED for them. However, most things are covered fairly well. Unless their presence alone generated such an immense amount of traffic that warranted another sub-forum, it ain't gonna happen.
