How about a thread on TV tuner for laptop?

Well, I can't afford something too expensive, so let's not get out of hand here. I like to have clear picture and the ability to capture whatever I watch. Please note that this is for my laptop! So PCI card will DEFINITELY not fit! With tat being clarified, pour me with your suggestion, thank you.

Not really strict on the price. Plus or minus $20 is fine. Now more suggestion please.

First choice is a Hauppauge WinTV PVR USB 2.0. These go for around $120. I have one and the harware compression built on to it rocks. Especialy if you are going to be using it on a not so powerful Laptop. I also found the one listed below. I am not sure what it's picture quility is but for the price you can't beat it.
