...that opens around 9/10pm and stays open till about 5/6am-ish. It's a drive-thru store for those late night trips. No inside of the store.

But, you are limited to just a handful of items.

I could use some ice cream right now, but i'm already in my pj's and there's no way i'm going in the store like this. And there's no way i'm changing just for some ice cream.

A drive-thru store would be nice.
 
Why not have public vending machines like in Japan? They have sandwiches, diapers, undies, etc.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
 
I remember someone telling me about a flea-market stand outside his college dorm. It was open 24 hours a day, and sold three items: ice cream, fireworks, and underwear.
