There's surprisingly little surface area on that card, I've seen 7770's with larger heatsinks.

Should've used a blue PCB instead. Blue will make it run cooler. :ninja:

I’ve had some experience with passively cooled cards and they’re completely viable, providing you have reasonable case airflow. Anyone buying high-end cards probably has a good enough case anyway.

You still need case fans, and then you could just force the fan speeds to that noise level. :\
