Surveyor assistant (AKA - Chainman)
Work for a company that doesn't do city surveys. That way, you'll be out in the bush cutting down trees, walking miles with gear and digging 3 ft deep holes and working 15 hour days when its busy.
The bonus with this job is that after you get good at it and become a party head (AKA - Party Cheif) depending on your part of the country/world where you live, you could possibly make a 6 digit salary with no real education. Just lots of good experience.
