i have a d-link wireless router i am trying to disable it so i can host games on warcraft, i had it done b4 but i reformated and i have to do it again, i know i have 2 type some ip address in internet explorer but i dont know wat. can ne 1 help me??

Reformatting your computer shouldn't change the settings on your router, but in any case, I believe the IP for this would be 192.168.0.1, type that in Internet Explorer and go from there.

For security reasons I would just open the specific ports you need for warcraft rather than putting the router in DMZ mode.

Anyway, try 192.168.0.1 to access the router. If you haven't setup a pass type "admin" for the username and leave the password blank.

Edit: And as Zeph pointed out, if you only formatted your computer you shouldn't need to re-configure the router. It's settings are saved on its own hardware.

You'll also probably need to dig out the user's manual (or search online) for the default admin user name and password. It should also contain the IP address you need (as someone already mentioned).
