Family members said Zolorzano was 23 and from El Salvador.

Police said one witness claims to have seen people stealing groceries from the crashed SUV but several other witnesses disputed that claim.

Police said they questioned the driver of the vehicle that hit the SUV, found no fault and released the driver, who was not injured.

I think the real issue here is that we have devolved into a society that has graduations from kindergarten. Seriously? They had a graduation because a bunch of 5-6 year olds successfully completely a school year of the most rigorous coloring and nap taking this country has every seen! Let's just start rewarding all mundane accomplishments.

It's the same way that women of Asian origin are typically bad drivers. Strange but very low crime like this is typically perpetrated by poor inner city or suburban black people. For another example, just last year in New York a young black guy helped a guy shovel his car out of the snow, and then stole the car.

Honestly I think her not wearing a seat belt is more at fault here. Her kids were wearing seat belts, and they lived. Probably one of those moronic "do as I say not as I do" parents. Tends to bite one in the ass.

Unfortunately you will see more stories like this as the US dollar crashes and burns thanks to the monetary chicanery of the banks and the Federal Reserve, and before the US dollar gets replaced with something like the American version of the Euro. The money changers who are the .1% are eagerly waiting in the wings for this to happen, so they can finally expand their US dollar value at least 100% in the conversion process. While the rest of the poor people, retirees and veterans who need government benefits see them cut in the conversion process.

Man this is just, I don't know, I just really can't believe some people. Her kids were seriously injured in the back seat, and the people nearby, some, took advantage, went into her car, didn't help her or the kids, just stole her groceries. Wtf???

This did not take place in Braeswood, it was in Greater Fondren.

Based on the local news reports here your thread title is wrong as several witnesses said they didn't see anyone take groceries from the car. Only one witness claimed it occurred.

That's not neccesarily true I don't think. Because in those poor countries stuff like this might be so common you wouldn't bother even reporting a theft like this as news so nobody here would ever hear about how common it was there.
