My range and dishwasher were delivered and installed today, making my kitchen complete. I suppose it could still use a microwave. Maybe I'll check out Home Depot's 4th of July sale, see if I can get a nice one. 
Now, I just need the AC fixed and functioning correctly. Then, I want to have the carpet professionally cleaned. My attempts using rented equipment are not really adequate. Also, I want the tile and grout professionally cleaned. Some quick checks, probably be about a 100 bucks for the 3 bedrooms of carpet I have and about 150-ish for the time and grout, possibly more. Not 100% of the square footage.
Exciting times.
Almost shit a brick when I saw my first electric bill too, forgot about the activation fee.
