I10 is all westbound now, the eastbound lanes have been converted over. they're not touching 290 at least.

my grandparents live 2 blocks from the braeswood bayou(for those who don't know, giant concrete empty river going through city) that thing will fill like a motther as soon as t starts raining

It looks like they are moving about 100 feet every 10 minutes.

the wierd things is all the news is saying that all lanes have been converted to northbound on i45 and all eastbound on i10, yet the cameras show otherwise.
