LOL, the guy was robbing a dry cleaners. been driving around for 2 hrs. ran through backyards, golf courses, etc.

they spiked him when he ran through a toll way, lost both his front tires.

and ran into a creek. he's currently sitting in his car in the water. and police have him surrounded from the overpass.

Surrendered

I wonder if their producer is telling them to constantly plug sirius radio, or they're just paranoid.

they keep mentioning the robber might be listening on satellite sirius radio to CNN headline news, so they don't want to give any details to the suspect.

a policy officer is currently hiding in the bushes, and they didn't want to give away the cop's position by mentioning him, so they gave a bunch of not so subtle hints to the tv audience

That guy is one of the most incredible drivers I have ever seen. I watched almost all 2 hours of the chase.

I like how he used the overpass concrete as a nascar track to turn after his front two tires were out.

WTF, how long does it take a SWAT team to show up?

And just what do you think SWAT can do in a car chase? Do you know what they are trained for? It's not chase intervention.

They said on the feed I'm watching that they were waiting for SWAT. Not for the chase, but afterwards.

They need more help. I only see 48 police cars and 113 cops. I'd call in the DEA, FBI, CIA, ATF, LAPD, Chuck Norris and Star Jones.

i watched the whole thing live. he was a pretty good driver. didn't hurt anyone. had no clue where he was going. after he lost his front tires it was over. then they just sat there for 2 hours w/o doing anything at all until he gave himself up.
