Housewarming gift?

So anyone have any ideas for a housewarming gift. I've never been to one of these parties and have no idea what a 'good' gift is. It is a friend of mines first house. female. 22 years old.

(and you sickos out there [beau] she is only a friend and will always be only a friend)


Any ideas?
 
Wine, Beer or Booze. Oh, something to hang on the wall would be nice, too. 😉

Seriously, if you're undecided on what to get, usually a gift certificate to Bed, Bath and Beyond or Linens and Things also makes a nice gift. This way, the homeowner can head out and purchase some of the items that they truly need.

There has to be a pier one somewhere around here. hmmm so many choices. I'll find something...but thanks for all the suggestions everyone...
