Friend is looking for a one bed shared house/ flat or so that is within 30mins of Danville. I'm suggesting he looks on Craigslist or what other sites do you recommend? Cheers guys!

There's nothing "cheapish" within 50 miles of Danville...Your friend COULD look in Concord, Antioch, Pittsburg, Brentwood, and Oakley, but even those aren't "cheap."
